We could have probably re-phrased that headline as “do you have a vision for 2020?” but next year could be an extremely important year for you and us!
SGR is a boutique recruitment business focusing on three main sectors: Sport, Gaming and Retail. We are enjoying huge success in our chosen sectors for our understanding and complete awareness of trends in our markets. We are now looking to appoint a Senior Recruiter to take over some of our most prestigious accounts.
WHAT WE’LL DO FOR YOU
We are looking for an energetic, accomplished recruiter to focus on our sports recruitment sector. You will enjoy daily contact with many of the largest businesses in the sporting world, from clubs and venues, to governing bodies and federations and from marketing agencies to hospitality and events companies.
We have many ongoing relationships in this field, and you will be joining a warm desk with many current requirements to fill. You will have access to LinkedIn and other relevant job boards to enable your network to flourish.
PAY & PERKS
Your basic salary will clearly be dependent on your level of experience, but we are renowned for paying in the upper quartile on basics. Our commission scheme is superb with commission percentages that range from 17.5% to 30% plus quarterly on target additional commission and milestone bonuses throughout the year!
Additionally, we have a flexible hour’s policy and enjoy many social events. For example, this year we have had an evening summer race evening, a T20 cricket evening, a 5 a side football tournament and a trip to the social darts at Flight Club!
You are encouraged to use your initiative within our very entrepreneurial style! Above all, we believe in building relationships rather than monitoring ridiculous KPIs. From a managerial viewpoint, we want you to succeed so you will be encouraged to build your network and become an expert in your field.
We want you to take whatever levels of responsibility that you are comfortable with. We look to build teams that specialise within certain sectors, so you’ll be encouraged to bring on junior consultants and resourcers.
We are looking for a “grown up” recruiter who conducts themselves professionally but at the same time has a great sense of humour! We really do encapsulate the work hard play hard philosophy and we believe in rewarding success in a major way. We are based in the centre of Wimbledon, so it’s obviously important that you are within reasonable commuting distance of SW19.
